Making lives better

Pengyi Community, which is among the first batch of modern facilities established 60 years ago in Shanghai, is now listed by the metropolis government as a shantytown project, and a key livelihood initiative awaiting renovation, which is being undertaken by China Railway 24th Bureau Group Corp Ltd. Upon completion, scheduled before the end of 2024, the newly renovated community will be home to more than 2,100 households.
