Police officers detain a man during a protest in New Delhi on Monday after Rahul Gandhi, leader of India’s main opposition Congress party, was disqualified as a lawmaker by India’s parliament. The house was adjourned twice on Monday after lawmakers held rowdy protests and threw paper at the speaker.
